Raindrop car washes are taking over and with good reason. The staff was very friendly and informative in exploring all wash options upon arrival. The wash itself is far superior, in my opinion, to all others within the area. Once through the wash I noticed my rims were still dirtier than usual, one of the staff members approached me and asked if he could help clean my rims to my liking. I’d like to give a shout out to Joshua, his work ethic and caring for the customer was far beyond what I expected.

Not once did I have to wait to be greeted and when greeted they're beautiful faces were always smiling. I enjoy going there and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure why they got rid of those rug cleaner machines but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a convenient car wash that includes vacuum service. The vacuuming is done by you not, the staff by the way! LOL!

Josh was spot on.... he was there when everyone needed him with rags, glass cleaner, or just a quick conversation. Good to see young men working above the means. Wish I had a dad's salary to tip him with. He was worth it. Glad to he a member of the Raindrop family

I just wanted to say that Josh is the best. I have never had anyone offer to help me when I am at the car wash until yesterday and I am an annual member and have been for years. Josh was extremely helpful with anything I needed and removed my car mats for me, washed them and brought them back. Kudos to Josh! And he was polite and friendly! 👍
